This archive contains pre-built genome reference resources required to run SpaceTracer, a computational tool for precise detection of genomic mosaic single-nucleotide variants (SNVs) directly from spatial transcriptomics and related data types.

The resources.tar archive contains two compressed genome reference packages:

mm10_resources.tar.zst Mouse reference resources (mm10 / GRCm38)
hg38_resources.tar.zst Human reference resources (hg38 / GRCh38)

Extraction Instructions

# Extract the main archive
tar -xf resources.tar

# Extract mouse genome resources (mm10)
mkdir -p mm10 && zstd -d mm10_resources.tar.zst | tar -xf - -C mm10

# Extract human genome resources (hg38)
mkdir -p hg38 && zstd -d hg38_resources.tar.zst | tar -xf - -C hg38

Demo Input Files

The demo_input.tar archive contains example input files for running SpaceTracer.

Note: Example configuration files are available under SpaceTracer/config/ in the GitHub repository.
