Description
This study examines the portrayal of Saudi Vision 2030 in international media, focusing on the narratives, framing techniques, and perspectives that shape global perceptions of the Kingdom's ambitious reform agenda. Saudi Vision 2030, under the leadership of Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman, aims to diversify the economy, modernize social and infrastructural sectors, and foster innovation, positioning Saudi Arabia within global progress dynamics. Using media framing and agenda-setting theories, this research analyzes how international media coverage reflects political, economic, and cultural considerations, revealing both supportive and critical discourses. The findings illuminate the role of global media in influencing international opinion, diplomatic relations, and the overall success of national policy initiatives, providing insights into the intersection of media, geopolitics, and transformative national strategies.
