Przegląd krajowych gatunków z rodziny Perilampidae Förster, 1856 (Hymenoptera: Chalcidoidea)

Review of the family Perilampidae Förster, 1856 (Hymenoptera: Chalcidoidea) in Poland. The family Perilampidae Förster, 1856 (Hymenoptera: Chalcidoidea) is represented in Poland by two genera: Perilampus Latreille, 1809 and Steffanolampus Peck, 1974. This study presents new materials concerning the distribution of species from these genera within the territory of Poland, expanding upon the previously fragmentary records. Three species not previously reported in the Polish fauna were recorded: P. auratus (Panzer, 1798), P. nitens Walker, 1834, and P. polypori Bouček, 1971; the presence of P. chrysonotus Förster, 1859 – reported at the beginning of the 20th century generally from Silesia – was confirmed. Although 12 species from the genus Perilampus are currently reported from the fauna of Poland, only nine of these were confirmed in our study. The species P. neglectus Bouček, 1956 and P. ruschkai Hellén, 1924 were not found in the examined material. The status of P. cuprinus Förster, 1859 – also reported at the beginning of the 20th century generally from Silesia – remains uncertain. Based on recent surveys and records of Perilampus species in neighboring countries, it is likely that two to three additional species may eventually be recorded in Poland. The genus Steffanolampus is represented in Poland by S. salicetum (Steffan, 1952) – the only known representative of the genus in the world fauna.
