Photovoltaic device inhomogeneity image dataset for Machine Learning algorithm training

A collection of electroluminescence images of photovoltaic solar cells, and visual images of photovoltaic modules. Visual images have a corresponding spreadsheets lists denoting observed (in)homogeneities.

Dataset was used to train a machine learning model to detect issues with PV modules in production line.
