Dataset-Publications-NTUA-Antimicrobial coatings for textiles
Description
This record provides structured information on two research articles developed within the framework of the Horizon Europe project Convert2Green, focusing on the design and development of antimicrobial textile coatings based on electrospun polylactic acid (PLA) fibers. The record includes bibliographic and descriptive metadata for the publications, such as titles, target journals, author lists, affiliations, research scope, materials and technologies used, application fields, and short abstracts. The two manuscripts address complementary approaches for antimicrobial textile functionalization: one based on the encapsulation of eucalyptus essential oil (EEO) and the other on zinc oxide (ZnO) incorporation into electrospun PLA fibers.
