Nordic Dizziness Questionnaire (NDQ)

This is the primary repository for the Nordic Dizziness Questionnaire (NDQ), including the original versions in Norwegian, Danish and Swedish. It is also intended as a repository for any subsequent support documentation and questionnaire modifications or versions.

Project and funding

The questionnaire was developed as part of the Öre-sund Project, which was co-funded by the European Union (EU Interreg), Haukeland University Hospital (Norway), Zealand University Hospital (Denmark), and Skåne University Hospital (Sweden).

The questionnaire is published under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0). Free use, sharing, and adaptation are permitted provided that correct attribution is given, including reference to DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.19133087
