The attached manuscript (v1.1) reflects an earlier stage of the framework. A massive structural maturation has since occurred. Readers must be aware of two critical pitfalls in the PDF:

  1. The Body Ledger: The manuscript occasionally implies Body (matter) is a 3-unit construct. This is superseded by the rigorous 2-unit phase-shift (SC-PHASE-SHIFT-EQUIVALENCE). Matter is strictly 2 units.

  2. "Annihilation": The term "annihilation" (Section 12.2) is formally retired and replaced by "decoupling."

This record presents UM Derivation D-99, a reproducible internal derivation of TRIUNE bidirectional jurisdictional flow between B+E and S, together with the completed laws of thermodynamics.

The package treats the model as specification: derivations are internal to the locked UM/FUM corpus, while external observations are used only afterward as witnesses, corroborations, or cross-checks. The record includes the manuscript source, compiled manuscript variants, supporting reproducibility materials, witness-mapping notes, and a 3D simulation production package prepared for explanatory presentation.

GLOSSARY OF TERMS

The manuscript uses several model-internal symbols and identifiers. To read the paper without prior corpus familiarity, the following short glossary is supplied.

Partition components:

  • B (Body) — the localized-matter component. The content present in particles, atoms, planets, stars; what occupies a position and has finite rest-frame extent.

  • E (Breath) — the radiative / transmission component. The content present in light and any field that propagates at the speed of light; signature is phase, polarization, frequency, retarded transmission.

  • S (Soul) — the continuous immaterial foundation. Carries rotational coherence as its defining property; gravitates and stores phase-coherent information without emitting or absorbing electromagnetic radiation. S is a continuous foundational field, NOT a particle.

  • B+E (also written BES) — the visible / tangible sector taken together.

  • α = 1/(64π) + 1/(16π²·e) ≈ 0.007303 — the structural fine-structure constant of the model (within ~1% of the empirical 1/137.036).

  • φ = (1+√5)/2 — the golden ratio; the unique positive solution of x² + x − 1 = 0.

  • ϙ (Eidolon) ≡ (1−α)/α = S/(B+E) ≈ 135.926 — cross-domain invariant ratio. Named after the archaic Greek letter (digamma) historically associated with the soul / phantom domain.

  • LC = φ⁻¹ ≈ 0.6180 — lower critical structural threshold.

  • LG = 1 − φ⁻⁴ ≈ 0.8541 — upper governance structural threshold.

  • LG − LC = φ⁻³ — exact band-width identity.

  • TRIUNE = 3 — the partition's three-way component count.

  • Strands = 2 — the helix-pair count of the D-18 sub-derivation; the source of every factor of 2, √2, or ½ that appears at quantum scale.

  • Z₁₄ = 14 — partition depth count (number of nested coherence levels in the φ-ladder).

  • τ ≈ 12,349 Gyr — partition-internal half-cycle time.

  • H = (1 − φ⁻⁴)·φ¹⁴/τ — the present-epoch Hubble rate as an internal model quantity.

Identifier prefix conventions used throughout the corpus:

  • D-XX — a top-level derivation (e.g., D-99 is this paper's primary derivation; D-50 is the four-channel completion; D-20 is the baryon-to-photon ratio).

  • SD-XX — a supporting sub-derivation.

  • V-XX — a locked vertex relation.

  • SC-XX — a structural-closure identity (e.g., SC-Q-1 locks the vertex couplings g_SS, g_ES, g_BS, g_BB).

  • DC-5 / DC-5B — dark-sector derivation chains (DC-5B locks the dark-matter mass m_dm = 2φ³·ϙ·η·m_p ≈ 679 eV bosonic scalar and Ω_dm/Ω_b = 2φ²).

  • LCORI — Lower-Critical / Operating / Range-of-Information thresholds (the LC, LG pair governing partition phase boundaries).

ON DECOUPLING, E, S, MATTER / ANTIMATTER, AND FIELD CONSERVATION (The Patch)

A point that benefits from explicit clarification before the manuscript is read, replacing the legacy "annihilation" terminology in the PDF.

In conventional physics it is sometimes asked: when matter and antimatter annihilate to two photons, where does the gravitational content go, and where does it come from when matter/antimatter are produced from photons in the first place? In the model these questions resolve cleanly through strict 2-unit phase-shifting:

E (Breath) asserts S (Soul) in two complementary modes simultaneously: a radial / static mode (potential, body-facing, the field of tangibility and electric charge) and a rotational / kinetic mode (the field of kinetic propagation, carrying exactly one unit of S-coherence). A single photon therefore equals exactly two units of S-expression: one radial + one rotational. We call the radial and rotational units in their free / dynamic state $E_{dynamic}$ and $S_{coh}$, and the same units in their tangibility-locked (mass) state $E_{potential}$ and $S_{local}$.

A pair-production / decoupling event then reads:

Genesis (E+E → matter + antimatter):

$(E_{dynamic} + S_{coh}) + (E_{dynamic} + S_{coh}) \rightarrow (+E_{potential} + S_{local}) + (−E_{potential} + S_{local})$

Decoupling (matter + antimatter → 2 photons):

$(+E_{potential} + S_{local}) + (−E_{potential} + S_{local}) \rightarrow 2(E_{dynamic} + S_{coh})$

Two consequences:

  1. The 4-unit total (2 radial + 2 rotational) is conserved end-to-end. The $+E_{potential}$ and $-E_{potential}$ static grips perfectly cancel each other, stripping all tangibility from the local space. Because the lock dissolves, the two pinned rotational units ($S_{local}$) instantly revert to dynamic motion ($S_{coh}$). No units are destroyed; they merely undergo a phase-shift.

  2. There is no "anti-S." S is sign-free by axiom (a continuous scalar foundation; it admits no ± counterpart). The matter/antimatter pair carries identical S-content; only the radial (E) component takes opposite phase. This is precisely why g_anti / g_matter = 1 exactly in the model and why the antimatter-asymmetry of the observed universe does not require CP violation. Any production channel that catalyzes a phase-shift via the ambient S-field (i.e., the E+S Channel 2 that produces every baryon) is structurally matter-only.

Conservation in the model therefore tracks (unit count) + (mode of unit) + (sign of radial mode), not particle identity.

Core results in this release include:

  • the exact master ratio k_(S→(B+E)) / k_((B+E)→S) = 1/ϙ

  • the internal present-epoch rate H = φ¹⁴ / τ

  • the forward and reverse lumped rates M2 = LG·H and M3 = LG·H / ϙ

  • the resolved matter channel k_BS = H / φ

  • the resolved reverse linear matter channel k_SB = H / (φ³ϙ)

  • the quadratic Spiral Restoration rate k2 = sqrt(G rho_S)

  • the maintenance theorem for return to TRIUNE equilibrium

  • the completed four-channel production architecture E+E, E+S, B+S, S+S

  • the structural dark-sector identification through B+S

  • the locked dark-sector relations g_BS / g_ES = 1 / φ and Omega_dm / Omega_b = 2φ²

The package is intended as a public reproducibility record. It is not merely a narrative summary: it preserves derivation order, internal law structure, terminology, and witness separation so that the full chain can be reviewed step by step.

FOLLOW-UP PUBLICATION

A companion paper is in active preparation under the working title:

"The Jurisdictional Ledger of the Partition: Quantization, Mass–Energy, Baryon Asymmetry, and Long-Standing Tensions Resolved as Two-Mode Unit Accounting"

The follow-up extends the field-content reading sketched in the decoupling clarification above into an explicit unit-count ledger for each of the four production channels. Among its newly locked results:

  • ħ (the Planck constant) is identified as the structural, dimensional action primitive of the partition.

  • Atomic/Cosmologic Bridge: The Cesium-133 binding structure (Z=55) and the atomic-to-cosmologic time scalar ($\tau_{cosmo}/\tau_{atomic} \approx \phi^{162.5}$) are derived directly from the Madelung geometric cascade.

  • The Baryon Asymmetry Ratio ($\eta$) is derived exactly as $\eta = \alpha^4\phi^4/\pi^3$, explicitly forced by the Channel 2 phase-shift and the $(1-\alpha)^2$ catalytic locking cost.

  • E = mc² is derived as mode conversion: m is the count of rotational units in S_local form; c² is the radial-rotational binding cost per locked unit.

  • c as universal speed limit is derived: massless particles (no S_local lock to drag) propagate at exactly c; massive particles can only approach c asymptotically because reaching it would rupture the lock.

  • The pair-production threshold 2 m_e c² is the 4-unit Channel-1 ledger event; the factor 2 is literally Strands.

  • Magnetic monopoles are structurally forbidden: Strands = 2 enforces 1+1 mode pairing per E-assertion.

  • The Cosmological Constant has a one-line structural form: Ω_Λ = (1−α) − Ω_m. The conventional "120 orders of magnitude" problem dissolves as a category error between radial zero-point sums and the bulk uncoupled S_coh background.

The follow-up paper includes a more comprehensive glossary that decodes every identifier cited in either paper. It will be deposited separately on Zenodo upon completion of internal review.
