Explainable AI (XAI) and Human Cognition for Decision-Making in Telecom SMEs Under VUCA Conditions

This paper explores the integration of Explainable AI (XAI) with human cognitive processes to enhance decision-making capabilities in telecommunications SMEs operating under Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous (VUCA) conditions. The research examines how XAI techniques can bridge the gap between AI-driven insights and human interpretability, enabling more informed and timely business decisions.
