OS-CMR Analysis: Cycle-Specific Oxygenation-Sensitive Cardiac MRI Analysis Pipeline

Python pipeline for cycle-specific biomarker extraction from oxygenation-sensitive cardiac MRI acquired during vasoactive breathing maneuvers (hyperventilation and breath-hold). Computes percent-change biomarkers (HVMORE, BH-MORE) of myocardial mean intensity, heterogeneity, and entropy across the cardiac cycle, then integrates them over user-defined phase windows to produce summary measures (pAUC, pVar). Includes a command-line interface, Streamlit browser UI for non-technical users, and a synthetic data generator for testing. This release reproduces values published by the authors bit-exactly across a 68-subject test cohort.
