UXO-NM Framework: Nomadic Monadic Objects for Single-Life Situated Autonomous Acts
Description
UXO in this work denotes "Universal eXecutable Object", a computational primitive — not "Unexploded Ordnance" (the unrelated military/humanitarian acronym). The work has no relation to military munitions, demining, or explosive devices.
Multi-artifact technical disclosure defining the UXO-NM Framework: a computational primitive that models autonomous acts as single-life situated computational objects that activate once under verifiable conditions, are irreversibly consumed, and persist as evidence. The deposit includes an Author Declaration acting as NOMAD-zero, an English position paper with threat-model boundary and prior-disclosure references, an Italian native technical companion, a technical manifest, a SHA-256 manifest, and the UXO Protocol Position Paper v1.1 source artifact. Composability semantics for multiple concurrent UXO objects and Zenodo DOI versioning policy for subsequent releases are deferred to future versions of this publication series.
