Description

This dataset contains simulation input files and raw outputs associated with the Nano Letters (2022) article “Nanomechanical Spectroscopy of 2D Materials.” It includes FEM/COMSOL models used to simulate the nanomechanical response and optical absorption of 2D materials. The data support reproducibility of the simulation-based analysis.
