CAT'S THEORY: The Universal 14/45 Biloidal Partition – Twelve Closures from One Topological Floor Across Cosmology, Particle Physics, and BBN
Description
We demonstrate that the biloidal floor [\gamma = 1/45] identified in the CAT’S Theory corpus operates as a universal topological invariant across twelve independent observables spanning cosmology, particle physics, and Big Bang nucleosynthesis. The cosmological energy density partitions exactly as [\Omega_{\text{matter}} = 14/45] and [\Omega_{\Lambda} = 31/45], matching Planck 2018 within 0.6σ and 0.002σ respectively, with the cosmological constant [\Lambda = 3 H_0^2 (31/45) / c^2] at 0.83% of the observed value, resolving the cosmological constant problem without QFT vacuum cancellation by computing from [H_0] rather than [M_{\text{Planck}}]. The same 14/45 that gives [\Omega_{\text{matter}}] matches JUNO 2025’s reactor measurements in [\sin^2 \theta_{12}] and [\Delta m_{21}^2], and the 1.5σ solar–reactor tension is identified geometrically as [7/22 - 14/45 = 7/990 \approx \alpha]. Two independent derivations of the electron neutrino mass scale agree at 0.4%, yielding a three-mass spectrum with [\Sigma m_\nu = 59.5] meV and structurally forced normal hierarchy, inside the DESI+Planck bound. The baryon asymmetry [\eta_B = \alpha^4 (17/45)/\sqrt{\pi}] matches observation at ~1% and is linked to a cosmological vacuum–matter asymmetry factor 17/45, while a geometric resolution of the strong CP problem sets [\theta_{\text{QCD}} = 0] and predicts [\delta_{\text{PMNS}} = 9\pi/8]. Five additional observables close at experimental precision, including [\Lambda_{\text{QCD}}], [\sin^2 \theta_W], the scalar spectral index [n_s], the helium-4 abundance [Y_p], the Higgs vev [v], and [\alpha_s(M_Z)], with all twelve closures using only previously established corpus integers and a single falsification handle [w = -1] testable by DESI.
