State Locality Theory 2 — Derivation of the Fine-Structure Constant
Description
This document presents a structural derivation of the fine‑structure constant within the SLT‑2 framework. Building on SLT‑2 Part I (Foundations) and its subsequent developments, it derives α from the theory’s invariants, the manifestation threshold, the node micromodel, and Q‑ball numerical analysis. The result is a parameter‑free prediction αSLT2=1/136.96, arising from the electron node depth ne=6. The work is a technical extension of the SLT‑2 theoretical corpus and forms part of the unified SLT‑2 project
