EDUCATION AND EMPOWERMENT: TRIBAL PROGRESS IN DAHOD
Description
This study examines the development of education and its role in empowering the tribal communities of Dahod district from 1920 to 2020. It focuses on the historical evolution of educational institutions and their contribution to literacy, social mobility, and economic development among tribal groups. The research also highlights the challenges that continue to affect access to education in the region. The findings reveal that while education has significantly improved literacy and awareness among tribal people, there remains a need for stronger institutional support and inclusive educational policies.
