Description

This study investigates the impact of Strategic Intelligence (SI) on Green Innovation (GI) within Al-Kasih Food Production Company, Jordan. Strategic Intelligence was operationalised through five dimensions: Foresight, Visioning, System Thinking, Partnering, and Motivating. Green Innovation was measured across four dimensions: Green Product Innovation, Green Process Innovation, Green Technological Innovation, and Green Organizational Innovation. Employing a descriptive-analytical method, data were collected via a comprehensive survey of 100 employees, of whom 70 questionnaires (70%) were valid for analysis. Statistical analyses were conducted using SPSS, including multiple regression and stepwise regression. Results reveal a statistically significant and positive impact of Strategic Intelligence on Green Innovation: collectively, SI dimensions account for 70.5% of the variance in GI (R² = 0.705). System Thinking emerged as the strongest predictor, followed by Motivating and Foresight. These findings underscore the strategic value of organizational intelligence capacities in driving eco-friendly innovation within Jordan's manufacturing sector.
