Annotatsiya: Ushbu maqolada homiladorlikning dastlabki uch oyligidagi ayollarning ovqatlanishini gigiyenik jihatdan baholash masalalari tahlil qilinadi. Homiladorlikning birinchi trimestri homila organlari va tizimlari shakllanishi bilan tavsiflanadigan muhim davr hisoblanadi. Shu sababli ushbu davrda ayollarning ratsional va muvozanatli ovqatlanishi ona hamda homila salomatligini saqlashda muhim omil bo‘lib xizmat qiladi. Maqolada homilador ayollarning ovqatlanish ratsioni, asosiy oziq moddalarga bo‘lgan ehtiyoj, vitamin va mineral moddalar yetishmovchiligining salbiy oqibatlari hamda ovqatlanishni gigiyenik baholash usullari bo‘yicha ilmiy adabiyotlar tahlil qilindi.
