Dataset of coral-associated bacterial communities based on 16S rRNA V3 amplicon sequencing

This dataset contains raw 16S rRNA V3 amplicon sequencing data and processed QIIME 2 outputs from coral tissue microbiome samples collected in a tropical reef environment in Indonesia. The released dataset includes five high-quality coral tissue samples retained after sequence quality-control assessment. The package provides raw FASTQ files together with processed bioinformatic outputs such as feature or OTU tables, taxonomic assignments, and supporting metadata. This resource is intended to support future studies on coral-associated bacterial communities and to improve the public availability of coral microbiome sequencing data.
