Complete Lean 4 machine-verification of Parts I and II. EV formulated as orbit-cardinality boundedness — zero Kolmogorov complexity axioms. Single external axiom: Kleene’s second recursion theorem (consistent with ZFC). Zero sorrys.

This version supersedes the prior deposit. The K axioms have been eliminated in favor of a purely combinatorial formulation of Energetic Viability. The logical content is unchanged; the axiomatic footprint is reduced from seven external axioms to one.
