Description

Withanoside IV and Withanoside VI from Withania somnifera enhance androgen receptor (AR) sensitivity and upregulate downstream targets including HOXA13, HOXD13, and TBX4 transcription factors. This promotes late-stage genital tubercle elongation and differentiation through enhanced DHT-AR signaling cascade.
