Description

Multiple ChEMBL compounds (CHEMBL4874886, pChEMBL: 6.90) target HEXA, which Open Targets scores at 0.88 for dementia. HEXA is involved in inositol phosphate metabolism (hsa00562) and phosphatidylinositol signaling (hsa04070). These pathways regulate autophagy and α-synuclein clearance, critical in Lewy body pathology.
