PSEN1 γ-Secretase Modulation with CHEMBL392068 for GRN-Deficient FTD

Description

GRN mutations (Open Targets 0.79) cause haploinsufficiency leading to FTD. PSEN1 (0.81 score) regulates Notch signaling (hsa04330) which controls GRN expression. CHEMBL392068 shows exceptional PSEN1 activity (pChEMBL 9.94), offering potential to upregulate progranulin through γ-secretase modulation rather than inhibition.
