Description
Baicalin selectively inhibits HDAC1/2 while wogonin activates SIRT1, creating a dual epigenetic modulation that enhances X-inactivation efficiency. This combination specifically targets the chromatin remodeling defects in tetrasomy X by promoting heterochromatin formation at supernumerary X chromosomes through coordinated histone deacetylation and H3K9me3 enrichment.
