Rituximab B-cell depletion for ME/CFS autoimmune dysregulation

Description

Rituximab targets CD20+ B-cells, depleting autoantibody-producing plasma cells that may target adrenergic and muscarinic receptors in ME/CFS patients. This immune reset reduces pathogenic autoantibodies against β2-adrenergic and M3-muscarinic receptors, potentially restoring autonomic function and cellular energy metabolism.
