Description

Baicalin and wogonin from Scutellaria baicalensis synergistically enhance mitochondrial biogenesis via PGC-1α upregulation and AMPK activation. This combination specifically targets succinate-CoA ligase dysfunction by improving mitochondrial respiratory chain efficiency and reducing oxidative stress through Nrf2 pathway activation.
