Potassium Channel Network Modulation Targeting KCNA/KCNC/KCNV Clusters

  • 1. MedicOath

Description

Open Targets identifies a cluster of potassium channels (KCNA1,3,4,5,6,10; KCNC4; KCNV2) all scoring 0.56-0.59. Simultaneous modulation of this K+ channel network using CHEMBL5722941 (pChEMBL: 9.74 for KCNS3/KCNH5) could restore muscle membrane stability and reduce fatigability by compensating for impaired cholinergic signaling.
