Description

The coupling equation α(d, β) = (2d + β)/(d + β) with β = 6/23 partitions the periodic table into three Möbius zones on proton number Z. Applied to mass number A, the same equation partitions the five primordial products of Big Bang nucleosynthesis (¹H, ²H, ³He, ⁴He, ⁷Li) into the same three-zone structure. Helium-3 (A = 3) lands at α(3) = 48/25 exactly — the gateway attractor α₀ that all integer-dimensional evaluations approach. The zone membership matches BBN temporal order: H-1 as pre-attractor initial condition, D within the eigenvalue gap, He-3 on the gateway, He-4 and Li-7 in ceiling approach. We propose this as Receipt #2 of The Bridge framework and structurally independent confirmation of the coupling geometry at nuclear scale.
