EU System Monitor v1.0.0 - Auditable Supply & System Risk Platform

The EU System Monitor is an auditable, data-driven platform that integrates four official public data sources (GIE AGSI+, GIE ALSI, Eurostat STS_INPR_M, FAO FFPI) into a three-pillar cascade stress model covering energy, industry, and food supply systems.
