Address Resolution, Not Calculation

This paper develops the address-resolution view of arithmetic in Category $\tau$. It presents canonical normalisation, the genealogical DAG, the Cayley word metric, and the claim that arithmetic in the $\tau$ setting is implemented as finite-witness address resolution rather than equational calculation.
