Crop Recommendation system on the basis of soil
Description
The Soil-Based Crop Recommendation System is a hybrid agricultural application that recommends suitable crops based on soil type and seasonal conditions. By analyzing soil parameters, seasonal data, and historical agricultural records, the system helps farmers to select the best crops without soil testing in laboratory. The application can be accessed through computers or smartphones via the internet, making it convenient and user-friendly for farmers.
The project integrates machine learning algorithms, expert systems, and decision-making models to provide accurate, data-driven recommendations. By suggesting appropriate crops and varieties according to region and season, the system aims to increase crop productivity, reduce costs, and support sustainable farming, ultimately contributing to economic growth.
