Arithmetic Quantum Gravity Without Singularities

Description

This Research Note reads Hartnoll and Yang's conformal primon gas through the Panta Rhei construction spine: arithmetic structure appears in their singularity limit, while Category tau treats the same family of structures as kernel-native.

The note compares the Hartnoll-Yang chain from BKL dynamics to hyperbolic billiards, automorphic forms, L-functions, and the primon gas with the Panta Rhei derivation of prime polarity, L-functions, and hyperbolic structure from the categorical kernel. It is a conditional comparison, not an external proof of Category tau.
