Path Availability as the Primordial Condition of Physical Reality

We propose the Architecture of Freedom Intelligence (AFI) — a theoretical framework in which Path Availability (Freedom) is the primordial condition of physical reality, with physics emerging as the most constrained layer of a four-tier generative stack (Freedom → Logic → Relationships → Physical). The governing master equation F = (P/D) α∞ unifies 174 physical laws across twelve domains through a single topological invariant, where the exponent α∞ converges via the Lambert W function at the critical wall αc = e 1/e = 1.44467. Above this wall, path multiplicity collapses: solid reality manifests. The framework is grounded in biological analogy — the human body executes reversible solidification continuously, from blood (Freedom ≈ 1.0, G′ ≈ 0.005 Pa) to cortical bone (Freedom ≈ 0.03, σ = 130–200 MPa) through programmable water-content and crosslink-density gradients on the same fundamental materials. We extract the universal seven-step biological algorithm and implement it at construction scale in the Planta Smart Homes Seed system: a 15 kg portable package that produces a structurally verified single-storey dwelling from local earth and water at a materials cost below €264. The hybrid solidification mechanism — hydraulic membrane confinement combined with ionic hydrogel crosslinking (calcium alginate) — achieves 3.07–4.12 MPa compressive strength (Eurocode 6 design stress σEd = 0.094 MPa; safety factor ≥ 16× (soil-dependent; 32× for sandy fill)) while remaining fully reversible in under 25 minutes via EDTA chelation. Three physically erroneous claims from prior materials are corrected with verified calculations. The Gorkov potential confirms that bulk acoustic morphogenesis at construction scale is impossible at portable power levels (Frad /Fgrav = 1.36 × 10 −4 at 200 W m−2 , 40 kHz; 7,346× below levitation). Three independent patent claims are drafted and a 174-equation unification appendix is compiled.
