140 m wind speed data for inadequacy risk study

These data complement supporting code for the manuscript titled "Assessing the risk of offshore wind resource inadequacy by operational envelopes" by Geoffrey De Sena and Malin Göteman. The data come from the NOW-23 dataset and were downloaded via the Wind Resource Database.
