This version contains the following files used in the paper (DOI: 10.26434/chemrxiv-2024-8t70s):
- Atomic models used for generating synthetic pariticle images of Chignolin and Trp-cage
- Model trained with particle images of ribosome (https://github.com/zhonge/cryodrgn empiar/tree/main/empiar10076) and the density maps reconstructed by PaStEL with cryoTWIN
- Prepared particle image of wildtype spike protein (Spro) and the D614G mutant, the models trained with them, and the density maps reconstructed by PaStEL with cryoTWIN
