Electromagnetic (EM) detectors have consistently failed to capture the carrier of natural telepathy and related psi phenomena, as brain-generated EM fields are too weak to explain observed effects (Arkadiev, cited in Boldyreva & Sotina). However, certain low-energy detectors sensitive to psychic influence simultaneously register cosmic periodicities. This leads to the proposal that low-energy weakly interacting particles — most plausibly relic neutrinos of the Cosmic Neutrino Background (CνB) — serve as the non-local, holographic medium.
This paper names this medium the Neutrinoverse: a pervasive, immutable superfluid substrate (~336 particles/cm³, ~10^{-4} eV) enabling genuine psi and Akashic resonance.
