Evidence for a Functional Proximity Law in Multilayer Networks

Version 6 — Pre-registration and metadata corrections

This version corrects inconsistencies in pre-registration records, timestamps, and outcome labeling. No changes were made to the underlying experimental data or recomputed analyses.

Corrections:

• M_EXT (Flask): corrected hypothesis label in h4 and updated outcome classification (label consistency aligned with pre-registration mapping)
• M_TRANSFER_2: expanded pre-registration record to include full hypothesis set (now 5 hypotheses) with corresponding table updates
• M_EXT2 (C. elegans): corrected pre-registration timestamp (18:57:29 → 23:28:50 UTC) and standardized hypothesis wording
• p53 coherence test: corrected reported p-value formatting (<0.002 consistently reflected in manuscript)
• Added missing GitHub commit links for M_OSS1, M_OSS2, M_TRANSFER_2 in title page

Note: All raw experimental outputs, datasets, and statistical computations for canonical Tier A domains remain unchanged.
