Recording of the NB-IoT downlink of a V16 beacon

This dataset contains a recording of the downlink of the NB-IoT band B20 Orange cell network while a V16 warning beacon light was transmitting. The recording uses SigMF format. The dataset can be used to study the NB-IoT downlink physical layer and how the beacon uses the control plane CIoT EPS optimization to transmit data.
