Abstract
Rights registered in the Land Registry have absolute probative force,and can not be canceled or changed.And to that caused by severe restrictions force the Land Registry of damage to third parties, the Syrian legislature has granted each person affected by the error in the registry right to compensation, which takes one of two forms: Either monetary compensation for damage based on the civil liability suit flying in the face of those who committed the mistake that led to damage, or compensation in kind, which is one of the severe restrictions moisturisers Land Registry. The giving authority to modify the restrictions record, either the outcome of the objection by the concerned person or the exercise of the registrar power correction. We will examine the meckanism of the correct restrictions Land Registry in two chapters, the first dealing with the assets amend the Land Registry restrictions, while the second chapter discusses the implications of the correct property restrictions.
