تقييد تملك الأشخاص غير السوريين للعقارات في سورية بموجب القانون رقم 11 لعام 2011م

Abstract

          To protect the homeland from the running out to un-good foreign hands, and maintenance of the land wealth, the Syrian legislator restricts the right of the foreigner in real estate property.  And by that, the foreigner could practice the business which do not conflict with national interests. Accordingly,  we offer in this research to the restrictions which imposed on the ownership of foreigners under the law number 11 year 2011. So we first search in the scope of application of law according to the actions and facts, and  then we clarify the estate and person whom covered by the restriction , then  we finish by the statement of civil ,penal and administrative supporters, which are imposed by the legislator for ensure the application of the law.
