Духовні ресурси молоді в умовах війни: ціннісно-смислові орієнтації та механізми подолання травматичного досвіду

У презентації представлено результати емпіричного дослідження духовних ресурсів молоді в умовах війни, зокрема ціннісно-смислових орієнтацій та механізмів подолання травматичного досвіду. Актуальність дослідження зумовлена глибинними трансформаціями життєвих пріоритетів, емоційних станів та внутрішніх опор молоді в умовах тривалої війни.

Метою дослідження є виявлення домінуючих цінностей, емоційних переживань і ресурсів подолання травматичного досвіду молоді. Дослідження здійснено методом онлайн-опитування (Google Forms), у якому взяли участь студенти та магістранти різних закладів вищої освіти (n = 103). Застосовано методи описової статистики та контент-аналізу відкритих відповідей.

Результати засвідчили зміщення ціннісних орієнтацій молоді до екзистенційно значущих цінностей, серед яких провідними є безпека, родина та самореалізація. В емоційній сфері зафіксовано поєднання тривоги, виснаження та апатії з наявністю підтримуючих станів, що відображає феномен емоційної амбівалентності. Основними ресурсами подолання виступають підтримка близьких, залученість у діяльність та різні форми психологічного відволікання.

Визначено ключові психологічні механізми подолання травматичного досвіду: смислобудування, ціннісна переорієнтація, емоційна саморегуляція, соціальна підтримка, діяльність (агентність) та рефлексія. Особливу увагу приділено ролі освітнього середовища як простору формування ресурсів, у якому психологічний стан педагога впливає на рівень стійкості та внутрішні ресурси студентів.

Отримані результати можуть бути використані у практиці психологічної підтримки молоді, розвитку освітніх програм та формування середовища, що сприяє духовному і особистісному зростанню в умовах кризових викликів.

Abstract (English)

The presentation explores the spiritual resources of youth in wartime, focusing on value-meaning orientations and mechanisms for coping with traumatic experience. The relevance of the study is driven by the profound transformation of life priorities, emotional states, and psychological needs of young people in conditions of prolonged war.

The aim of the study is to identify dominant values, emotional experiences, and coping resources among youth. The research was conducted using an online survey (Google Forms) involving university students and master’s students from various higher education institutions (n = 103). The methods included descriptive statistics and content analysis of open-ended responses.

The results demonstrate a significant shift in value orientations toward existentially meaningful priorities, with safety, family, and self-realization emerging as dominant values. In the emotional domain, the coexistence of exhaustion, anxiety, and apathy with supportive states such as gratitude reflects the phenomenon of emotional ambivalence. The main coping resources include social support, engagement in meaningful activities, and distraction strategies.

Key psychological mechanisms of coping with traumatic experience have been identified, including meaning-making, value reorientation, emotional self-regulation, social support, agency (active engagement), and reflection. The study also highlights the role of the educational environment as an active factor in shaping resilience, emphasizing that the psychological state of educators influences students’ well-being and coping capacity.

The findings can be applied in psychological support practices, educational settings, and resilience-building programs for youth in crisis contexts.
