CleanCityCover tool for identification tool for critical source areas of urban diffuse pollution .

The CleanCityCover is a tool suite or package with the standalone version of the tool in the form of an R script. It also contains the supporting files to run the tool and its documentation.   The tool helps in identifying critical source areas of urban diffuse pollution in a city or district level. With the help of the tool, highly contaminated surfaces suitable for BGIs and relatively clean surfaces for rainwater harvesting can be identified. The tool is developed for WATERUN case study area in Aarhus, Denmark.
