Supplementary Datasets - Tailor-made 3D in vitro maturation of early antral follicles uncovers cumulus-cell transcriptomic driver signature to predict oocyte competence

Description

Supplementary datasets from cumulus cell transcriptomic analysis (microarray) of ovine early antral follicles (EAfs) undergoing 3D follicle-enclosed in vitro maturation (FEO-IVM). Includes: full differentially expressed gene (DEG) lists with fold-change and p-values from three pairwise comparisons, gene network topology parameters, MCODE cluster module composition, and protein interaction partner data for outliers and HUBs.
