This dataset contains MS/MS spectra and molecular network files used in the confidence‑aware molecular networking study of the coprophilous fungus Botryotrichum murorum DSM 113281 cultured on solid rice medium (BRFT).

- Feature table with SIRIUS and CANOPUS annotations (.csv)
- Threshold‑based molecular network (.graphml)
- Rescued molecular network (.graphml)
- Cytoscape session with annotated MNs (.cys)
