"The KnoWellian BLT Apex" serves as the terminal, unified synthesis of the KnoWellian Universe Theory (KUT). It integrates twenty-three years of research into a singular, procedural ontology of the cosmos. This work resolves the "Cosmic Newton's Cradle Problem" (the entropy crisis) by reframing the universe not as a closed mechanical system, but as a self-learning computational process—a Parallel Optical Matrix-Matrix Multiplication (POMMM) computer—that actively preserves coherent structure across cosmic cycles via the KRAM (KnoWellian Resonant Attractor Manifold).

This paper formally synthesizes the "Decad of Derivations"—ten zero-free-parameter derivations (ZFPDs) that resolve the most persistent anomalies in modern physics, from the proton-to-electron mass ratio to the gravitational constant ($G$) and the Higgs Vacuum Expectation Value (VEV).
