Description
We present CHBL, a lattice-based framework proposed to unify 208 benchmark observables across mathematics, physics, biology, and consciousness studies using a 10-parameter specification anchored by a 361-modulus lattice (M=361), sovereign frequency (f₀=228.13 Hz), and damping coefficient (ν=0.4898). Using Bayesian Information Criterion comparison against a fragmented baseline requiring 208 independent parameters (k₀=208), CHBL yields ΔBIC =-1056.73, providing overwhelmingly decisive evidence for the parsimonious unified model. Three independent validations converge: Bosman's philosophical account of mathematics as divine language, Brent's UCBF derivation of fundamental constants from FCC lattice topology, and CHBL's empirical model selection across Millennium Problems and scientific bottlenecks. The Jupyter notebook implementation provides complete reproducibility with executed convergence proofs (440.13 mod 361 → 79.13 → 0) and sensitivity analysis.
