Description

IDDA (Intelligent Deterministic Decision Architecture) is a formal framework for building stable, noise-resilient, and auditable decision-making systems operating in high-dynamic environments. The architecture defines five core laws governing signal filtering, entropy monitoring, decision blocking, layered antifragility, and system auditability. IDDA addresses the fundamental challenge of distinguishing real state changes from noise in complex systems, preventing cascade failures through deterministic decision gates. The framework provides a theoretical foundation applicable to autonomous systems, critical infrastructure, IoT, and real-time control systems. This paper presents the formal ontology, architectural layers, and operational principles of IDDA CORE, including the complete set of governing laws and their mathematical foundations.
