(Presentation) LabID workflow integration : recording data-provenance from sample to workflow results

Short presentation presenting data-management with Lab Integrated Data (LabID), a data management platform developed at the EMBL Heidelberg.

The presentation also showcase the workflow integration of LabID, which aims at providing a central solution to keep track of workflow execution, together with data. This new integration improve the data provenance of processed data and ensure both experimental and computational provenance are saved.
