The Energy-Anisotropy Scale of Civilisational Development

Description

Abstract

This paper, constituting the third part of the TSV Triptych, introduces a new scale of civilisational development based on the ability to engineer the absorption cross-section $\sigma(\theta,\varphi)$ of elementary time impulses. While the traditional Kardashev scale measures progress by the total energy consumption of a civilisation, the Energy-Anisotropy Scale (EAS) focuses on the qualitative interaction with the fundamental time flux.

Drawing from the Multipolar Time Hypothesis (TSV) and the principle of time stream conservation (Axiom 4), the author proposes five stages of evolution: from passive, isotropic absorption (Stage 0) to the active engineering of macroscopic cross-sections that allow for "free-fall" motion without inertial resistance (Stage 2), up to galactic-scale time-field architecture (Stage 5). The paper discusses the physical precedent of Stage 2 conditions in the vicinity of black hole event horizons and addresses potential thermodynamic constraints. Although speculative and written in the genre of scientific futurology, the work provides a rigorous heuristic framework for discussing the long-term technological evolution of matter in a multipolar temporal field.
