  • Fix changed-files JSON output handling and improve error messages. (#162, #163, @kelly-sovacool)
  • build-docker updates:
    • Fix when run on forks: do not attempt to push to dockerhub if necessary secrets are not set. (#164, @kelly-sovacool)
    • New output: push_success reports whether the docker image was pushed successfully. (#167, @kelly-sovacool)
    • Only build if the image on dockerhub does not exist or is older than the dockerfile timestamp. (#166, @kelly-sovacool)
