This README file contains the information necessary to find the data used for this study. The dataset is deposited in the Zenodo repository with DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.19681245
#Types of files:
Figure 2A, 2B, 4A, 4B, S6, S7, S16A, S16B, S23A, S23B are in .txt format. Images are in .png format. All other data are in .csv format.
#Data organization:
The data is organized in folders according to the figure number in the main text, as indicated in the folder name. Within the folder there are subfolders with the data for each panel (when applicable), as indicated in the folder name.
#Files Content:
The first rows of the .txt and .csv files contain the parameter and units of each column in the file. Both the raw data and the processed data is shown (when applicable).
Folders "Figure 2A", "Figure 2B", "Figure 4A", "Figure 4B", "Figure S6", "Figure S7", "Figure S16A", "Figure S16B", "Figure S23A" and "Figure S23B" contain the files "Figure [X] - False color plot - Raw.txt" and "Figure [X] - False color plot - Processed.txt" (for Figures 2A, 2B, 4A, 4B), which are the raw and background subtracted data of the false-color 2D plots, respectively. In these .txt files, the first row is the time (in seconds), the first column is the wavelength (in nanometers), and the rest of the table is the measured optical density. The .png files show the raw and background subtracted (for Figures 2A, 2B, 4A, 4B) false-color 2D plots. "Figure [X] - current voltage time.txt" contains the current-voltage-time plots. In these files, the first column is the time (in seconds, not corrected), the second column is the current (in amperes), and the third column is the potential (in volts respect to the reference electrode). To synchronize the electrochemical and spectral data, the time in the "E-step.txt" file must be corrected by subtracting the first time data point, which corresponds to the starting collection of the first spectrum.
