Ancilliary file to the article of the same name submitted to arxiv.org and PRL containing the results:

  • Conservative scattering angle from 1PM through 5PM. At 5PM-2SF we tag the potential+tail and memory region contibutions
  • PN expansion of the 5PM-2SF scattering angle to order v^500 (explicitly in thetaPN.txt)
  • Conservative impulse from 1PM through 5PM, again taging the potential+tail and memory regions @5PM-2SF 
  • PN expansion of all basis functions to order v^500 (explicitly in iiexpansions.txt)

v2: Corrects a Mathematica bug in loading thetaPN.txt
